Legal Notice Sealed bids will be received by the Office of the Treasurer, Green Local School District, PO Box 438, 100 Smithie Drive Smithville, Ohio 44677 until 1:00 pm, local time, on Tuesday, May 19th, 2026, for the Green Local School District - Asphalt Improvements in accordance with the Drawings & Specifications prepared by SōL Harris/Day Architecture, 6677 Frank Ave. NW, North Canton OH 44720 (Tel: 330-493-3722); Contact: Lee-Matthew G. King; lking@solharrisday.com. Bids will be opened and read after receipt. Any bid received after this time will be returned unopened. The cost for the contract documents plus shipping will be the responsibility of the Contractor. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the bid opening. The District reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder.
