MICHAEL OSBORN AND AMANDA KATHERINE HICKS STATE OF TENNESSEE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF MCMINN COUNTY, TENNESSEE In this cause, it appears from the original file and the Petition for Termination of Parental Riths and Petition for Adoption, that the Respondent, Michael Osborn is a non-resident of the State of Tennessee, or his whereabouts cannot be ascertained so that ordinary process cannot be served upon him, it is ordered that Respondent file an answer with the Circuit Court of McMinn County, Tennessee, and a copy with Petitioner's Attorney, MCKINNISH LAW GROUP, PLLC, whose address is 11826 Kingston Pike, Ste. 220, Knoxville, TN 37934, within thirty (30) days of the last date of publication, exclusive of the day of publication, or a judgment by default may be entered and the cause set for hearing ex parte as to him. Further for the purpose of hearing this matter is to be heard as soon as this cause can be heard in the McMinn County Circuit Court located at 1317 South White Street, Athens, TN 37303; further, that failure to answer before or appear on the set hearing date will result in the judgment being taken against him and entry of a Final Order.
