Legal Notice NOTICE OF IN-PERSON MEETING PLANNING BOARD TOWNSHIP OF MIDDLETOWN PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Middletown Planning Board (the "Board") will hold an in-person Meeting on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 convening at 7:00 pm at the Middletown Municipal Building at Town Hall Main Meeting Room, 1 Kings Highway, Middletown, New Jersey 07748, to hear the application of IAAT Services, LLC for preliminary and final site plan approval and conditional use permit approval pursuant to §540-825A of the Code of the Township of Middletown for construction of a Light Emitting Diode ("LED") Billboard located at 981 N.J.S.H. Route 36, Block 1131, Lot 29.01 on the Tax Map of the Township of Middletown (the "Property"). The Property is situated in the B-2 Business Zone per the Code of the Township of Middletown. Light Emitting Diode (LED) Billboards also known as multi-message boards are permitted as a conditional use on this Property located in the B-2 Business Zone pursuant to §540-825A1(b). All conditions pursuant to §540-825A of the Code of the Township of Middletown have been satisfied, and no variances are being requested. Notwithstanding, the Applicant will request any and all variances, waivers, exceptions, interpretations and/or incidental relief from the requirements of the Code of the Township of Middletown that may be required by the Board or its professionals during the review of the application. A copy of the application and all supporting materials is on file with the Planning Board and may be inspected in the Department of Planning Community Development located in the Municipal Building, 1 Kings Highway, Middletown, New Jersey 07748.
