Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that on June 12, 2026, Aqua Indiana, Inc. filed a petition with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission in Cause No. 46425 for (1) authority to increase its rates and charges for wastewater and water service rendered by it; (2) approval of partial consolidation of Aqua Indiana's wastewater rate schedules and full consolidation of Aqua Indiana's water rate schedules; (3) approval of new rate schedules reflecting the rates and charges approved in this Cause; (4) authority to modify, establish and implement certain fees and charges; and (5) authority to modify its rules and regulations.
