Brown, P.J.F.P., on August 29, 2025, upon the Notice of Motion of Edward S Cooper, Esq., attorney for plaintiff, Richard Aviles (Edward S Cooper, Esq., on the papers), seeking an Order permitting plaintiff to serve defendant, Zobeida Gonzalez, with plaintiff's divorce complaint and other related documents by publication in a newspaper circulated in Union County New Jersey, and, thereafter to provide proof of such publication with the Court, and the Court having reviewed the moving papers and for the reasons set forth in the attached statement of reasons, and good cause appearing to the form and entry of the within Order; IT IS ON THIS 29 DAY OF AUGUST, 2025; ORDERED that: 1. Plaintiff's request to serve defendant with the summons and complaint for divorce by substituted service pursuant to New Jersey Court Rule 4:4-4(b) is granted pursuant to New Jersey Court Rules 4:4-5 and 5:4-4 (c)(2) 2. Plaintiff shall publish notice in The Record within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order and shall file proof of same with the Court within fourteen (14) days of publication.
