Legal Notice Templeton Conservation Commission 11 Third Street – Notice of Intent NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, that a public hearing will be held on a Notice of Intent filed by Chris Stoddard of Stoddard Engineering on behalf of Sean Bardsley of Templeton. Project location is 11 Third Street, Templeton. Map 4-11. Parcel 80. Description of project is the construction of a 32' x 32' detached garage within the 100-foot buffer zone of a wetland. The hearing will be held on January 20, 2026 @ 6:30 PM at Templeton Town Hall. Any person wishing to be heard concerning the above application should appear at the time and place indicated above.
