Law Ch. 113, Section 40 and the Dighton Conservation Commission Bylaw, you are hereby notified of a Notice of Intent from Daniel Johnson to construct a 40' x 40' barn at 2548 Horton Street (Map 6, Lot 20). A portion of the work falls within the 100' buffer zone to a bordering vegetated wetland and 100' buffer to a vernal pool. A public hearing will be held on September 18, 2025, after 6:00 P.M. in the meeting room of the Old Town Hall, 1111 Somerset Ave, Dighton MA 02715.
