Legal Notice Town of Dighton Conservation Commission In compliance with Mass. Gen. Law Ch. 113, Section 40 and the Dighton Conservation Commission Bylaw, you are hereby notified of a Notice of Intent from Zeneca, Inc, C/O John-Paul Rossi for lowering the water level of Muddy Cove Pond off Elm Street & Main Street (Map 20, Lot 16). The work is proposed within inland resource areas inlcluding: Bordering Vegetated Wetland, Land Under Waterbodies and Bordering Land Subject to Flooding. A public hearing will be held on September 18, 2025, after 6:00 P.M. in the meeting room of the Old Town Hall, 1111 Somerset Ave, Dighton MA 02715.
