In compliance with Mass. Gen. Law Ch. 113, Section 40 and the Dighton Conservation Bylaw, you are hereby notified of a Notice of Intent (NOI) application from Ryan Duvally, Heritage Realty to construct a new single-family home, deck, and driveway at 2161 Wheeler Street (Map 2, Lot Lot 125) with associated septic system, utilities, clearing, and grading. A portion of the work is within jurisdictional wetland resource areas. A public hearing will be held on May 21, 2026, after 6:00 P.M. in the meeting room of the Old Town Hall, 1111 Somerset Ave, Dighton MA 02715. The plan may be viewed by appointment prior to the hearing at the Conservation Commission Office on the lower level of the Town Hall, 979 Somerset Ave. Monday-Thursday.
