Zoning Board of Adjustment – Borough of Ramsey, New Jersey
NOTICE is hereby given that at February 18, 2026 Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the following Resolutions of Approval were memorialized:
Harold Knutsen, Block 3402, Lot 12; 238 South Central Avenue. The applicant received approval to amend Condition #3 to remove the "c)" portion of the restriction that prohibits the caring and keeping of the horses on the property.
Clinton & Mallary O'Brien, Block 5207, Lot 20; 56 Lakeside Drive. Variances were approved to allow maximum building coverage of 19.5% (16.2% existing) where 15% is allowed, maximum impervious coverage of 35.9% where 35% is allowed and maximum living space of 3,792 sf where 3,500 sf is allowed.
The foregoing determination is on file at the Ramsey Zoning Board of Adjustment Office, Ramsey Municipal Building, 33 North Central Avenue, Ramsey, New Jersey and is available for public inspection.
