Legal Notice for Publication TAKE NOTICE, that KKC18, LLC has filed an application bearing application number P-24-009 with the City of Bayonne Planning Board, for minor subdivision approval to subdivide the property located on the Tax Map of the City of Bayonne at 57-59 Evergreen Street in City Block 320, Lot 10.01 into two lots measuring 100' x 25'. The applicant proposes to construct two new two-family homes on the newly subdivided lots. A public hearing has been scheduled for Monday, June 8, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Dorothy E. Harrington Municipal Council Chambers, 630 Avenue C, Bayonne, New Jersey, and when the case is called you may appear either in person, or by agent or attorney and present any objections which you may have to the granting of the relief sought in the petition.
