This will allow for the removal of existing porch and patio and installation of a deck, pergola, and new patio in the rear of the lot.
Please take further notce, the subject site is located at 99 Rose Street and designated as Block 144.01, Lot 95.03 as shown on the Borough Tax Map, located in the R-2 zoning district. Documents and plans filed by the applicant are available for inspect during regular business hours at Borough Hall, Office of Planning and Zoning, 500 Main Street, Metuchen, NJ 08840.
