Legal Notice of Completion Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Contractor has completed the sand and rock placement portions and has ready for acceptance by the Board of County Commissioners of Escambia County, Florida, the following construction project: Pensacola Living Shoreline - White Island (Site A) Construction, 24-25.021 (Project Name) Waterfront Property Services, LLC, 1401 Lake Ave SE, Largo, FL 33771 (Legal Name and Address of the Contractor) The contractor has plantings remaining to finish on the contract. This legal notice does not apply to the plantings portion of the contract. Subcontractors, material men, and other persons having payment claims against the Contractor relating to this complete portion of the project should govern themselves accordingly."
