Code 39-1-1(1975). notice is hereby given that GFC Construction, Inc. & Dominion Construction, Co., Inc JV has completed its contract with the city of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, for the Extension of McWright's Ferry Road over North River to Rice Mine Road. Located at McWright's Ferry Road. This notice will be published for a period of Four (4) successive weeks beginning 8/26/25. A final settlement will not be made upon the contract unitl the expiration of thirty (30) days after completion of notice. Any person or firm having claims on said Project for materials or labor should contact the above contractor at 10474 Highway 82 East, Duncanville, AL 35456 in the time and manner as required by law.
