Legal Notice of Public hearing TAKE NOTICE, that SRL Realty (Mike Napa) has filed an application for a Certificate of Nonconformity with the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Bayonne, bearing application number Z-25-006 to continue the use of the existing building located at 78 West 16th Street in City Block 24, Lot 33 as a three-family residential building. A public hearing has been scheduled for Monday, March 16, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Dorothy E. Harrington Municipal Council Chambers, 630 Avenue C, Bayonne, New Jersey, and when the case is called you may appear either in person, or by agent or attorney and present any objections which you may have to the granting of the relief sought in the petition.
