You are hereby notified that Alabama Power Company, a corporation, has filed its written complaint in this Court seeking to condemn and to acquire the lands, rights, and interests therein described for ways and rights-of-way upon which to erect towers, poles, wire lines, and other appliances necessary and convenient in connection therewith for the manufacture, supply, and sale to the public of electric power and for advanced communications capabilities and for an access road on, across, under, over, and adjacent to strips of land according to the final location survey of the said ways and rights-of-way heretofore made by the plaintiff, said strips of land and the lands of which the same are a part being situated in Autauga County, Alabama, and being described as follows:
PARCEL 1
A strip of land, varying in width, lying within the North Half of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (N 1/2 of S 1/2 of SW 1/4 of NW 1/4) of Section 13, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Autauga County, Alabama, such strip being more particularly described as follows:
To reach the point of beginning of said strip, commence at the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter of Section 11, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, marked by a Railroad Iron; thence run S33°56'33"W, a distance of 1651.93 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar with yellow APCO cap, said point lying on the centerline of a survey; thence along said centerline of survey S29°19'06"E, a distance of 3691.88 feet to a point (the Northeast edge of an existing Alabama Power Company transmission right of way (200 feet in width) lies 15.0 feet right (Southwest) from such point), such point being the Point of Beginning of said strip of right-of-way herein described; therefrom said strip is varying in width and lies 62.5 feet left (Northeast) of said centerline of survey, and up to and coincident with said existing Alabama Power Company transmission right-of-way right (Southwest) of said centerline of survey (Less and Except any portion of said strip which lies North of Defendants' Property's north boundary or which lies South of Defendants' Property's south boundary), and the continuations thereof, which begins at such point of beginning; thence along said centerline of survey S29°19'06"E, a distance of 8.00 feet, more or less, to Defendants' Property's north boundary; thence continue along said centerline of survey S29°19'06"E, a distance of 374.00 feet, more or less, to Defendants' Property's south boundary; thence continue along said centerline of survey S29°19'06"E, a distance of 34.00 feet to a point (Defendants' Property's south boundary lies 62.5 feet left (Northeast) from such point, and the northeast edge of said existing Alabama Power Company transmission right of way (200 feet in width) lies 15.0 feet right (Southwest) from such point), such point being the Point of Ending of said strip of right of way herein described.

Defendants Noreen Peterson, Hosea Peterson, William Heard; Rhonda Heard, John Peterson, Angela Peterson, Theodore Peterson, Roosevelt Peterson, Shirley Peterson, Charles Peterson, William Earl Heard, Ailean Heard, Robert Heard, Ronald C. Peterson, Lorene Nance, Katie M. Andrews, Betty Jean Ellis, Carrie Gay, Connie Peterson, Eula Jean Hawkins, Michael Peterson, Carolyn Neal, Florence L. Reeves, Unknown Heirs and Descendants of Oma Peterson, deceased, Unknown Owners or Claimants, if any, and Kathy Evans, as Revenue Commissioner, have, may have, or claim to have an interest in above-described property.
The above-referenced Defendants have, may have, or claim to have an interest in real property which lies within a portion of the North Half of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (N 1/2 of S 1/2 of SW 1/4 of NW 1/4) of Section 13, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, being more particularly described as recorded in Deed Book 46, Page 138, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Autauga County, Alabama ("Defendants' Property").

A strip of land, varying in width, lying within the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (N 1/2 of SE 1/4 of SW 1/4) of Section 02, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Autauga County, Alabama, such strip being more particularly described as follows:
To reach the point of beginning of said strip, commence at the Southwest corner of the Northwest quarter of said Section 02, marked by a Pine Knot with tac; thence run N89°41'24"E, a distance of 659.39 feet along the south boundary of the Northwest quarter of said Section 02 to a point lying on the centerline of a survey used to describe said strip of land for right of way herein described; thence along said centerline of survey S29°19'06"E, a distance of 1461.79 feet to a point (the northeast edge of an existing Alabama Power Company transmission right of way (200 feet in width) lies 15.0 feet right (Southwest) from such point), such point being the Point of Beginning of said strip of right-of-way herein described; therefrom said strip is varying in width and lies 62.5 feet left (Northeast) of said centerline of survey, and up to and coincident with said existing Alabama Power Company transmission right-of-way right (Southwest) of said centerline of survey (Less and Except any portion of said strip which lies north of Defendants' Property's north boundary or which lies south of Defendants' Property's south boundary), and the continuations thereof, which begins at such point of beginning; thence along said centerline of survey S29°19'06"E, a distance of 8.00 feet, more or less, to Defendants' Property's north boundary; thence continue along said centerline of survey S29°19'06"E, a distance of 689.00 feet to a point, said point being called Reference Point "A" for reference hereafter; thence continue along said centerline of survey S29°19'06"E, a distance of 74.00 feet, more or less, to Defendants' Property's south boundary; thence continue along said centerline of survey S29°19'06"E, a distance of 34.00 feet to a point (Defendants' Property's south boundary lies 62.5 feet left (Northeast) from such point, and the northeast edge of said existing Alabama Power Company transmission right of way (200 feet in width) lies 15.0 feet right (Southwest) from such point), such point being the Point of Ending of said strip of right of way herein described.
Also, the right and authority to place and maintain such guy wires and anchors for a distance not to exceed 25 feet outside of, and in a northeast direction (N66°38'E) from such ways and rights of way at Reference Point "A" indicated above as may be necessary in the erection, construction, operation, or maintenance of wire lines and appliances.

Defendants Unknown Heirs and Descendants of Melvin Golson, deceased, Kelvin Spencer, Unknown Heirs and Descendants of Willie Spencer, deceased, Marc Prescott, Unknown Owners and Claimants, if any, and Kathy Evans, as Revenue Commissioner, have, may have, or claim to have an interest in the above-described property.
The above-referenced Defendants have, may have, or claim to have an interest in real property which lies within a portion of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (N 1/2 of SE 1/4 of SW 1/4) of Section 02, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, being more particularly described as recorded in Deed Book 166, Page 188, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Autauga County, Alabama ("Defendants' Property").

A strip of land, varying in width, lying within a portion of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW 1/4 of NE 1/4) of Section 21, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Autauga County, Alabama, such strip being more particularly described as follows:
To reach the point of beginning of said strip, commence at the Southeast corner of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 21, marked by a 4 inch round concrete monument; thence run S08°04'59"W, a distance of 282.56 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar with yellow APCO cap, said point lying on the centerline of survey used to describe said strip of land for right of way varying in width herein described; thence along said centerline of survey S00°08'19"E, a distance of 168.96 feet, more or less, to Defendants' Property's north boundary (the Northeast corner of Defendants' Property lies 40 feet left (East) from such point), such point being the Point of Beginning of said strip of land for right-of-way herein described; therefrom said strip is varying in width and lies 62.5 feet each side of said centerline of survey (Less and Except any portion of said strip which lies East of Defendants' Property's east boundary), and the continuations thereof, which begins at such point of beginning; thence continue along said centerline of survey S00°08'19"E, a distance of 424.00, more or less, to Defendants' Property's south boundary (a 4 inch by 4 inch concrete monument lies 43.1 feet left (East) from such point), such point being the Point of Ending of said strip of land for right of way herein described.

Defendants Unknown Heirs and Descendants of Annie Mae Golson, deceased, Michelle Finley Payne, Heather Finley Renegar, John D. Finley, Unknown Heirs and Descendants of James R. Chambliss, deceased, Unknown Owners or Claimants, if any, and Kathy Evans, as Revenue Commissioner, have, may have, or claim to have an interest in the above-described property.
The above-referenced Defendants have, may have, or claim to have an interest in real property which lies within a portion of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW 1/4 of NE 1/4) of Section 21, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, being more particularly described as recorded in Deed Book 72, Page 371 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Autauga County, Alabama ("Defendants' Property").
