Legal Public Notice, Request for Proposals The Central Arizona Water Conservation District ("CAWCD") is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) for Mark Wilmer Pumping Plant KW1A Transformer Repair and Bushing Replacement in accordance with solicitation documents C115335. Proposals will be received until 3:00 P.M. (AZ Time), June 24, 2026. Proposals shall be submitted electronically on CAWCD's OpenGov website: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/centralarizonaproject. No paper submittals will be accepted. The RFP can be downloaded from the CAWCD OpenGov website: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/centralarizonaproject. Proposals must be in the actual possession of CAWCD'S Contract & Procurement Services Department at the OpenGov location indicated, on or prior to the exact time and date indicated above. Late Proposals will not be considered. A Mandatory Site Visit will be held on June 9, 2026 at 9:00am (AZ Time).
