You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition for Appointment of Guardian of Minor filed against you in this action at 9:00 AM on the 24th day of March 2026 in the Hinds County Chancery Courthouse in Jackson, Mississippi, before the Honorable Judge Dewayne Thomas, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Complaint for Order of Filiation, Child Custody, and for Other Relief. You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
