Box 52000 Oklahoma City, OK 73152-2000 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that Devon Energy, 333 West Sheridan Ave. Oklahoma City, OK 73102, requests that the Commission, pursuant to OAC 165:10-7-16(f) administratively authorize the approval of non-commercial flow back and storage pits for a Water Recycle Facility. Devon Energy filed an application with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (one Application for Flow Back Water Pit in excess of 50,000 BBLS) to construct the Foghorn Water Recycle Facility in Custer County, Oklahoma. Devon proposes to construct the facility to accept non-hazardous oil and gas waste subject to the jurisdiction of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission and treat/recycle the fluids into brine water for reuse as oil and gas exploration and production fluids.
