Notice is hereby given to Defendant Annette Coyne, last known address 497 Rosemont Avenue, #4, Cincinnati, Ohio 45205, that on January 30, 2026, Plaintiff filed his Complaint in the above-referenced Court and cause alleging among other things that on July 16, 2025, Plaintiff, Linn Street. was properly operating his vehicle on Boudinot Avenue, south of Queen City Avenue, in the city of Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio. Linn Street had a passenger in the vehicle with him at the time of the accident, his son, Brandon Street. Defendant Annette Coyne negligently failed to keep an assured distance ahead and rear-ended Plaintiff's vehicle. Plaintiffs Linn and Brandon Street state they suffered personal injuries and other damages as a direct and proximate result of Defendant Annette Coyne's negligence. Plaintiffs demand judgment against Defendant Annette Coyne for damages in an amount exceeding twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) each individually, plus special damages incurred, costs, attorney fees, pre-judgment interest and further relief for which she may be entitled. Defendant Coyne shall set up any defense to the Complaint or be forever barred and judgment be rendered by default. Said Defendant Coyne will take notice that she is required to answer said Complaint on or before the 28th day after the last day of publication of this notice or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
