Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the County of Livingston, State of Illinois, that a public hearing will be held in the Livingston County Historic Courthouse, 112 W. Madison St., Pontiac, Illinois, by the Livingston County Regional Planning Commission on Monday, November 3, 2025 at 7:00 P.M., relative to the review of an application requesting approval of a preliminary plat of subdivision in accordance with the provisions of the Livingston County Subdivision Ordinance. The proposed 32.81-acre tract of land is located in Esmen Township, Livingston County,
Illinois on the following described real estate to wit: 09-36-100-016 S36 T29 R5 32.81 ACRES 32.83 ACS TR LYG N & W OF 2125 N RD & 1700/1710 E RD (EX I-55 AND COM NW COR NW1/4 E352.3 SE334.71 W401.3 N332.08 TO POB)
As a result of the petition of Daniel Dixon, Gregory Dixon & Cindy Knight, applicant and owner, 21743 N. 1710 E. Rd., Pontiac, Illinois, and the application and file of this
preliminary plat of subdivision shall be identified as case SF-3-25 Dixon. The information on this zoning case is available for public examination in the Livingston County Regional Planning Commission Office, 112 W. Madison St., Pontiac, Illinois.
Interested persons desiring to present their view upon the proposed final plat request will be given the opportunity to be heard at the public hearings.
