Public notice is hereby given to all persons receiving this notice that a public hearing will be held by the Livingston County Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., in the Livingston County Historic Courthouse, 112 W. Madison St., Pontiac, Illinois, relative to the review of a proposed variance to allow for an accessory structure to be in the front yard, in an AG, Agricultural, District, on the following described real estate to wit: 17-15-383-018 LOT 121.5 X 285 COM NW COR BLK 5 E285' S121.5' W285' N121.5' HOLDRIDGE & SPAFFORD'S ADD

Saunemin, IL, applicant of said described property, which said petition is on file as Livingston County Zoning Case V-3-26 and available for examination in the Livingston County Regional Planning Commission Office, 112 W. Madison St., Pontiac, IL.
