Local Work Group Meeting - Notice The Lenawee Conservation District in partnership with the USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service invites you to our Local Work Group meeting. July 8th from 9-11 am River Raisin Room Lenawee Human Service Building 1040 S Winter St, Adrian, MI Local Work Groups are formed to gather input from constituents and conservation leaders throughout each county to determine natural resources issues and priorities. You bring your thoughts and ideas about conservation priorities and we will bring breakfast treats! Discussion topics will include: • Current progress and successes already underway in the county • Investments that can be made to address natural resource problems • Prioritizing and ranking criteria that will be used to address local issues • Strategies for strengthening conservation education and awareness, and other issues impacting conservation organizations.
