The Applicant will also be requesting any variances and/or waivers that the Board or its professional staff deem necessary upon its review of the application in order to obtain development approval; including, but not limited to a variance for side yard of proposed Lot 6.01, where 8 feet is required and 6.5 feet is proposed.
