PROJECT: Rehabilitation of The John Green House South Wall Reconstruction 23 Main Street, Nyack NY 10960 BIDS DUE: Before 2:00 p.m., July 7, 2026 at the architect's office, on paper or by email. DESCRIPTION: The Project is a phase in the recnstruction of a historic building. Work includes the controlled dismantling of two of the masonry walls of the building and two chimneys and their reconstruction using a local red sandstone with brick backup. Work also includes associated interior wood framing to accommodate window and door openings. The project is separated into Base Bid and two Alternates.
