MOBILE HOME DISTRAINT SALE BY ELECTRONIC MEDIA Public notice is hereby given that pursuant to RCW 84.56, I shall on the 18th day of November, 2025, commencing at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time, at www.govease.com sell the mobile home(s) to the highest and best bidder to satisfy the full amount of taxes, interest, and costs adjudged to be due. Prospective bidders must make a single deposit of $535.00 ($535.00 refundable deposit and $35.00 non-refundable registration fee), which must be received no later than Friday, November 14, 2025. The deposit will be returned if the bidder does not win an auction or when all auctions won by the bidder have been paid in full. A winning bidder who does not comply with the terms of sale will forfeit the deposit. Payment of deposits and a winning bid must be made by wire transfer.
