MONTEREY COUNTY OFFICE OF EDUCATION Request for Bids, # 550862 Technology Buyback Services Notice is hereby given that the Monterey County Office of Education, under its County Superintendent of Schools, hereinafter referred to as MCOE, will accept up to, but no later than 3 pm, PDT, Wednesday, June 24, 2026, sealed bids seeking a qualified Contractor that can properly inventory, pick-up, refurbish, and dispose of surplus technology products for MCOE and other education and public agencies throughout California, and other eligible jurisdictions as allowed by law. An award shall be made for an initial 3-year term and extensions as allowed by law. MCOE intends that applicable services and buy backs of personal surplus property under this Contract be piggybackable by other agencies as allowed by law. Bidders must be able to provide their services and buybacks throughout all of California. Bid documents and specifications can be downloaded at no cost after registering on Epylon.com. All responses shall be submitted online via Epylon.com by the bid deadline. MCOE reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to waive any formalities or irregularities in any bids, and to accept the bids which in its discretion and within state law, are in the best interest of MCOE.
