MOONACHIE PLANNING BOARD
Please Take Notice That The Undersigned Has Filed An Application In Compliance With The Zoning Ordinance of The Borough of Moonachie, New Jersey.
The undersigned has appealed to the Planning Board of the Borough of Moonachie, NJ for a variance of the terms of Articles and Sections of the Zoning Ordinance so as to construct a new one family dwelling on the property located at 6 Moonachie Road, Moonachie, New Jersey ( also known as Lot 1 in Block 12 as shown on the Moonachie Tax Assessment Map). The existing house and garage shall be removed and new house constructed thereafter.. More specifically, the applicant requests variances for certain bulk or "C" variances ( side yard setbacks, rear yard setback, street yard setback, lot depth)) from the terms and provisions of the Moonachie Zoning Code and related sections thereof .
The above applicant also requests any additional variances the Board deems necessary and/or as may be required.
A public hearing has been ordered for April 16, 2026 at 7pm in the Moonachie Municipal Building, 70 Moonachie Road, Moonachie, NJ. At this time and place you may either in person, or by agent, or by attorney, present any facts or objections which you may have relative to the granting of this application.
This notice is sent to you by order of the Moonachie Planning Board.
