MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE NOTICE
Default having been made in the terms of that certain Mortgage, executed on December 21, 2012, by Billy W. Crawford, a married man, as Mortgagor, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Hometown Mortgage Services, Inc., its successors and assigns, which said Mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 2012 at Page 88039 on December 26, 2012 and Modified in Mortgage Book 2020, Page 52940, recorded July 2, 2020, and subsequently assigned to BankUnited N.A., and recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, in Miscellaneous Book 2021 at Page 17077 on November 22, 2021 and default having continued under the terms of said Mortgage, and by virtue of Alabama Code Section 35-10-3 and 35-10-2, the following described real property will be sold at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door of said County, during the legal hours of sale, on October 3, 2025.
Lot 31 Resurvey of Lots 30 and 31 Magnolia Springs, a map or plat of which is recorded in Plat Book 2012, at Page 90 in the Probate Office of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, reference to said map or plat being hereby made in aid of and as a part of this description.
