MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE NOTICE
Default having been made in the terms of that certain Mortgage, executed on November 22, 2021, by Casey Mikail Bonner and Latasha Denise Bonner, husband and wife, as Mortgagor(s), to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Hometown Lenders, Inc., its successors and assigns as Mortgagee, which said Mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, in MORTGAGE Book 2021 at Page 121736 on November 29, 2021 and re-recorded in MORTGAGE Book 2022 at Page 2627 on January 11, 2022 and again re-recorded in MORTGAGE Book 2022 at Page 4221 on January 20, 2022 and Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC is currently the holder of the Mortgage, and underlying promissory note secured thereby, and Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC is authorized to enforce the terms of the Mortgage secured by said promissory note; and default having continued under the terms of said Mortgage, and by virtue of Alabama Code Section 35-10-3 and 35-10-2, the following described real property will be sold at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door of said County, during the legal hours of sale, on December 3, 2025.
Lot 4, Block "I" of Northwood No. 9, a map or plat of which is recorded in Plat Book 9, at Pages 16-17 in the Probate Office of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, reference to the said map or plat being hereby made in aid of and as a part of this description.
