Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed to Clemente Capital LLC, a Georgia limited liability company on the 12th day of March, 2025, by Corwin Duane Sledge, an unmarried man, and recorded in Mortgage Bk 2025, Pg 17534; et seq., subject to the mortgage to Mortgage Electronic Registration System, Inc., solely as nominee for First Federal Bank, A FSB recorded in Mortgage Book 2021, Page 64793, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, the undersigned, as Mortgagee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in the said mortgage will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash in front of the main entrance of the Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, Courthouse in the City of Tuscaloosa, Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, on the 25th day of November, 2025, during the legal hours of sale the following real estate situated in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, to wit: Lot 27 of Chapelwood Subdivision Number 2, a map or plat of which is recorded in Plat Book 10, at page 101 in the Probate Office of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, reference to said map or plat being hereby made in aid of and as part of this description.
