Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed to Residential Capital Partners Secured Loan Fund XI, LLC on the 13th day of September, 2024, by KC Homes and Investments, LLC, an Alabama limited liability company, and recorded in REAL Book: 06190, Page 272; et seq., in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Montgomery County, Alabama, the undersigned, as Mortgagee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in the said mortgage will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash in front of the main entrance of the Montgomery County, Alabama, Courthouse in the City of Montgomery, Montgomery County, Alabama, on the 22nd day of January, 2026, during the legal hours of sale the following real estate situated in Montgomery County, Alabama, to wit: Commonly known as 3442 Bankhead Avenue, Montgomery, Alabama 36111, and being more particularly described as: Lot 2, Block 10, according to the Map of the Resubdivision of Blocks 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13, of the Plat of Edgewood, as said Map appears of record in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Montgomery County, Alabama, in Plat Book 7, at Page 4.
