There is no reasonable prospect of reconciliation between the parties. 7 – No property, real and/or personal property was acquired by the parties during the marriage which is subject to equitable distribution. 8 - There have been no prior proceedings between the parties regarding the marriage or its dissolution or respecting the maintenance of either party. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment: A. Dissolving the marriage between the parties pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2A:34-2i; B. Awarding such further relief as the Court may deem equitable and just.
