Please take notice that a public hearing of the East Rutherford Zoning Board
of Adjustment will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 5th, 2026,
located in the Municipal Building at One Everett Place, East Rutherford, NJ.
I, Gesly Torres, Applicant, will apply for approval of a Major Site Plan and
"D" Use Variance to permit the construction of a new two-family dwelling
on a vacant undersized lot in the R-2 zone, including bulk relief for building
coverage.
If any additional relief is requested, it will be presented along with any other
relief requested on the night of the hearing on the premises known as 39 Wall
Street, East Rutherford, NJ 07073.
This notice is being published pursuant to the requirements of the Borough
of East Rutherford and the Municipal Land Use Act. All plans and specifications are available for inspection by calling the Zoning Board Secretary at
201-933-5649 and making an appointment during normal business hours
