Manchester Water Tank ASR Filing LEGAL NOTICE: PUBLIC NOTICE: The Township of Manchester is proposing to add public safety antennae to their existing 205-foot-high water tank facility with Dual-red and medium intensity lighting located at the corner of Wilbur Ave and Harriet Ave, Manchester Township, NJ 08759, 40-01-25.54 N, 074-15-45.97 W. The addition of the licensed frequencies requires an Antenna Structure Registration (ASR) filing for this water tank facility that was constructed in May 2021. ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS – Public comments regarding potential environmental effects may be filed as an Environmental Request through the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) online pleading system within 30-days from the date of the FCC national notice. Instructions are available at www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest for submitting Environmental Requests online. Environmental Requests must include the Antenna Structure Registration (ASR) filing Number A1377572. The filing number can also be used to review the application by going to www.fcc.gov/asr/applications and entering this number.
