Manure Loadout Area Chemung County Soil & Water Conservation District 851 Chemung Street Horseheads, NY 14845 PH: 607-739-2009 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that sealed bids are sought and requested by the Chemung County Soil & Water Conservation District for the construction of the following: 37' x 17' 4"' Manure Loadout Area Sealed Bids will be received at the Chemung County Soil and Water Conservation District Office at 851 Chemung Street Horseheads, New York 14845 until 11:00am on July 13th, 2026. The sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Chemung County Soil and Water Conservation District Office at 11:15am on the date due. Any bids received at the District Office after 11:00am on the due date will not be considered. Bids submitted by facsimile or electronically will not be considered. All bid documents must be submitted in duplicate (one original and one exact copy). The Chemung County Soil and Water Conservation District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality. Proposals must be made upon and in accordance with the bid documents.
