COMPLAINT FOR DIVORCE
The Plaintiff, MARK S. VAN WORMER, residing at 24 Grove Road, Oak Ridge, County of Morris, and State of New Jersey, says:
1. The Plaintiff was lawfully married to ADELA A. CAMPOSECO, the Defendant herein, on or about April 16, 2018 in Jefferson, New Jersey and said marriage still subsists.
2. The Plaintiff was a bona fide resident of the County of Morris, State of New Jersey when this cause of action arose and has ever since and for more than one (1) year next preceding the commencement of this action continued to be such a bona fide resident.
3. The Defendant, Adela A. Camposeco, resides at an address unknown.
4. The parties have experienced irreconcilable differences, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2A:34-2(i), which have caused the breakdown of the marriage for at least the last six (6) month period and no reasonable prospect of reconciliation exists.
5. The Plaintiff resided at 24 Grove Road, Oak Ridge, County of Morris, and State of New Jersey, and was a resident there at the time the cause of action for divorce on the grounds of irreconcilable differences arose.
6. There were no children born of this marriage and no children are expected;
7 The parties, throughout the marriage, have accumulated various assets, both real and personal, and the Plaintiff seeks equitable distribution.
8. There have been no previous proceedings between the plaintiff and the defendant respecting the marriage or its dissolution or respecting the maintenance of the defendant in any Court in the State of New Jersey.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff demands judgment:
A. Dissolving the marriage between the parties;
B. Equitably distributing all property, both real and personal, owned or
acquired by the parties during the course of the marriage;
C. For counsel fees and costs; and
D. For such further relief that the Court may deem equitable and just.
