President Imes called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. The Pledge of Allegiance followed. Imes announced the meeting was properly posted. Board members in attendance were Nicole Cotton, Dean Dobbertin, Rebecca Imes, John LaFleur and Patrick Griffin. District Administrator Russ was in attendance. There were no reporters and two citizens in person.
Approval of Agenda
Motion by Dobbertin, second by Cotton to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried 5-0.
Approval of Consent Agenda Items
Motion by Cotton, second by Griffin to approve the consent agenda items (Approval of Minutes, Approval of Financial Report, Bill Listing and Donations and Approval of Personnel Actions). Motion carried 5-0.

There were no open records requests this past month.
Seclusion and Restraint Report for 2024-25
Dr. Russ shared with the Board the Seclusion and Restraint report required by DPI from the 2024-25 School Year.
Donations
Thank you to Kona Ice for their donation of $358 for Celebration Day 2026 and PTO for their $1,893.88 donation to the Principal's fund.
Committee Reports
Dr. Russ reviewed the Student Achievement Committee's information focused around the recent release of Forward Scores, an update on the District Data Dashboard, an update around the feedback from the New Teacher Induction program, and a Merton Values Committee update.
New Business
A. 2025-26 Strategic Plan Action Plans and Key Performance
Indicators (Discussion)
Dr. Russ presented the proposed Strategic Planning work and Key Performance Indicators. There will be work and data collected from all three pillars of work (student, staff, and community)
B.Approval of Maintenance/Custodial Floor Scrubbers (Action)
Motion by Cotton, second by Griffin to approve $25,104.52 for the purchase of two new floor scrubbers. Motion carried 5-0.
