No. 2026PR24 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Michael Richard Bruns of Emden, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on the 22nd day of June 2026 to Angela Sue Bruns of 100 Lincolnwood Dr., Lincoln, Il 62656. Her attorney is Donald A. Behle, 16 Illini Dr., Lincoln, Illinois 62656. The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under Section 28-4 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by e-filing a Petition to Terminate with the Logan County Circuit Clerk pursuant to the instructions on the clerk's website. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at Logan County, Lincoln, Illinois, or with the representative, or both on or before the 5th day of January 2027, which date is not less than six months after the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred.
