Mid-State Technical College Request for Proposal RFP No. 849 Wisconsin Rapids Campus Cafeteria Food Service DUE DATE: Friday, March 27, 2026 1:00PM Sealed Proposals for the initiative designated above will be received by Mid-State Technical College; hereinafter, referred to as the Owner. Proposals will be received by Carrie Kasubaski, Vice President, Finance, Mid-State Technical College, 500 32nd St North, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494 before the time and date indicated above. The public proposal opening will occur in the Wisconsin Rapids campus cafeteria at that time. Proposals received after the above cited time will be considered late and will not be acceptable. All Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, identified as Mid-State RFP #849 Wisconsin Rapids Campus Cafeteria Food Service clearly marked on the outside of the envelope and endorsed by the proposer, or emailed to Purchasing@mstc.edu with a 35MB maximum acceptable file size. The subject of any emailed proposals must be the same as what is directed to be on the envelope of any hard copy submittals. Mid-State Technical College is seeking one qualified vendor to provide on-campus food services at no cost to the College. In exchange, the College will provide designated space and use of existing food service facilities at no cost to the vendor. Winning proposers may begin conducting business at the Wisconsin Rapids campus in August 2026. Documents related to the RFP are available after 1:00 pm, February 23, 2026, from the Business Services Office, Mid-State Technical College, 500 32nd Street North, Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin 54494. Instructions for receiving electronic (pdf) copies or requesting paper copies of the proposal documents can be obtained by emailing: purchasing@mstc.edu. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, when, in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interest of the Owner. Proposals may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date above for the purpose of reviewing the proposals and investigating the qualifications of proposers, prior to awarding contracts.
