§ 35-4-9.12 Fences - Maximum Front Yard fence Height - the applicant has constructed an eight-foot high fence in the front yard, where only a four-foot fence is permitted.
§35-4-9.12 Fences -All fencing in front yard areas shall be at least 50% open - the applicant has constructed a solid wood fence, where fences are required to be 50% open.
§ 35-4-6.2 Business or Industrial Zones - No products or goods shall be stored within the required front yard area - the applicant is using an area in the front yard as a storage space, where front yard storage is not permitted.
and any other relief the Board may deem necessary to grant.
