Minutes of a Property Tax Hearing Meeting of The Board of Directors of the United Community School District March 31, 2026 CALL TO ORDER The United Community School District Board of Education held a property tax hearing on March 31, 2026, in the United CSD Library. The meeting was called to order by President Jon Davis at 6:00 p.m. Members present included: Lori Weyhrich, Rachael Gross and Ben Hershey. Kathy Toms joined via phone. Others present were Superintendent Heather Holm, Board Secretary Jenn Meinecke, and guests. APPROVAL OF AGENDA President Davis asked for a motion to approve the agenda for the hearing. Hershey moved to approve the agenda as presented. Toms seconded. Motion carried 5-0. PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPERTY TAX LEVY FOR FY27 President Davis opened the public hearing on the proposed property tax rate. There were no public requests for comment. President Davis closed the public hearing. ADJOURN There was no further business for consideration. Weyhrich motioned to adjourn the meeting. Toms seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
