Minutes of a Work Session Meeting of The Board of Directors of the United Community School District June 1, 2026 CALL TO ORDER The United Community School District Board of Education held a board work session on Monday, June 1, 2026, in the United Community Library. Members present included President Jon Davis, Vice President Lori Weyhrich, Rachael Gross, and Kathy Toms. Ben Hershey was not present. The meeting was called to order by President Davis at 6:04 p.m. Others present were Superintendent Heather Holm, Board Secretary & Treasurer Jenn Meinecke. FUTURE PLANNING & STRATEGIC DISCUSSION The Board of Directors continued their discussion on long-term district planning. The session was dedicated to dialogue, informational gathering, and strategic planning. No formal board action was taken. OPEN ENROLLMENT DISCUSSION The Board of Directors discussed the district's open enrollment process, for discussion purposes only. No formal board action was taken. ADJOURNMENT There was no further business for consideration.
