Minutes of a Work Session of The Board of Directors of the United Community School District September 30, 2025 CALL TO ORDER The United Community School District Board of Education held a work session on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, in the United Community Library. Members present included Brenda Stanley, Lori Weyhrich, Kathy Toms and Jon Davis. The meeting was called to order by President Stanley at 3:30 p.m. Others present were Superintendent Heather Holm, Principal Elyse Brimeyer, and District Secretary Emma Wells. Board Secretary Jenn Meinecke was absent. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Approved agenda as presented. Toms motioned to approve the agenda as presented. Davis seconded. Motion carried 4-0. DISTRICT GOALS AND DISCUSSION The Board reviewed the District goals and discussed the proposed action steps and indicators of success. The revised plan will be presented for approval at the October meeting. ADJOURN: There was no further business for consideration. Davis motioned to adjourn the meeting. Toms seconded.
