Motion for service by alternate means

Motion for service by alternate means I am required to serve notice on Ahjale Shawnte Cooper and I cannot do so after a diligent search. To the best of my knowledge, this person is not a minor or an incapacitated or protected person. The last adress that I have for this person is: 2405 Orchard Dr. Hephizibah GA, 30815 this person lived at this adress on or about 06/2025. I do not know any other address for this person. The last time I saw, heard from, or had contact with the person to be served was on 01/01/2026. I have made the following efforts to find the person: - phone/text: defendant informed me is living in a governmen funded apartment in adelanto, CA but would not provide specific address - I emailed the person at their last known email address but defendant did not respond. - social media: I looked to the person on these social media sites (Facebook and instagram) but I am blocked. - internet searches: google on 1/14/2026 with no address listed. I have not attempted service because I do not know the persons whereabouts, current address, last known address, or their last known address is my current address.
