The Building Department denied the permit on the following grounds: "COVERT EXISTING BUILDING TO MARIJUANA DISPENSARY." All papers in support of said application and appeal are on file at the office of the Department of Planning and Community Development or at the office of the City Clerk and are available for public inspecion during regular business hours.
