NEW MODULAR BUILDING AT RVCC P U B L I C N O T I C E RARITAN VALLEY COMMUNITY COLLEGE Project No. 2025-11 Sealed bids will be received by the Director of Purchasing for Raritan Valley Community College on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time in the Raritan Valley Community College Purchasing and Contracts Office, Suite C-140, 118 Lamington Road, Branchburg Township, North Branch, New Jersey, where they will be opened and read for: NEW MODULAR BUILDING AT RVCC Specifications and Instructions to bidders may be obtained from Michael DePinto, Director of Purchasing, via email: Michael.DePinto@raritanval.edu. It is strongly suggested that all prospective bidders attend the Pre-Bid Conference scheduled for Monday, November 10, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. All prospective bidders will meet in the Raritan Valley Community College Purchasing and Contracts Office, Suite C-140. Please note that the last date for all questions to be submitted by bidders for this project is Monday, November 17, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (Noon). All questions must be directed in writing to Michael DePinto, via email: Michael.DePinto@raritanval.edu. Bidders are subject to the provisions of the County College Contracts Laws N.J.S.A. 18A:64A-25.5 governing bidding requirements. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127, "Law Against Discrimination", N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et. seq., and P.L. 2022, c. 3. Bidders are also required to comply with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq.; N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2, "Statement of Ownership Disclosure"; the Public Works Contractor Registration Act (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et. seq.); the New Jersey Business Registration of Public Contractors provisions (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44) and all amendments thereto. The College reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any minor informalities in the bidding in accordance with the law. The College further reserves the right to select any combination of bids or to award the contract in part or whole if deemed to be in the best interest of the College to do so. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the College.
