MARSHALL aka LINDA MARSHALL aka LINDA DESIREE MARSHALL, Deceased. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that DAVID NEWMAN and DEBBIE ZABARDAST, have filed with this Court on the 17 day of March, 2026, their PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, ISSUANCE OF LETTERS OF CO-ADMINISTRATION, AND FULL AUTHORITY UNDER THE INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES ACT; that the aforesaid Petition, will be brought before the above-entitled Court for hearing on the 13 day of April, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. of said day, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, at the courtroom of the above-entitled Court, in the City of Yerington, County of Lyon, State of Nevada, at which time and place all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Petition should not be confirmed. The Petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the Personal Representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action.
