Take notice that an application for a Flood Hazard Area Individual Permit and a Special Activity Transition Area Waiver will be submitted to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Land Resource Protection for the development described below:

PROJECT NAME: Final Design Services for Guiderail Replacement Central, Contract-5
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project proposes the replacement of guide rail runs over 38 miles along Route 78. The proposed work includes the installation of new beam guide rail and end anchorages, impact attenuators, porous HMA, and bridge attachments and associated grading within roadside and median areas.
