NFM Community Meeting- LCEC Base Camp Zoning IS HEREBY GIVEN that representatives of the owners of the premises at 6951 Samville Rd W, and 17111 Williams Rd, North Fort Myers, will be making a public presentation discussing an application submitted to amend Bayshore 75 RPD, rezoning 3.88 acres to CPD for a LCEC office building and laydown yard, and 29.03 acres to CFPD for a LCEC emergency response staging area. The Planned Development Amendment will consist of a single-family subdivision with 166 lots and an amenity area, an office building for LCEC staff, an enclosed storage area, and a base camp for emergency staging when needed.
